In a world that is becoming increasingly individualistic, we must increasingly embrace and seek the collective. But how do you create a culture together in which creativity is central? During this mussel soup we take you on an inspiring journey of discovery into how creativity is the cement between individuals and the collective. Together we look for solutions!

Why a creative collective culture?

Our society seems increasingly focused on “these are my needs, this is my voice.” Yet we know that true strength comes from collaboration. Creativity is the glue. Together we build a culture in which:

  • Collective thinking is the key to sustainable growth.

What can you expect?

This mossel soupé focuses on the power of creativity, culture and collective. Together we explore how you can use your unique role in a team or organization to build a collective creative culture.

  • Where do you stand in the scheme of things? Discover your place in the balance between individual and collective
  • Creative leadership culture: How do you build a culture in which everyone can make their creative contribution?
  • VQ's 9 leadership figures: What is your leadership style? Are you a Visionary, a Connector, or an Innovator? These figures show how personal strengths contribute to a collective creative culture.
  • Creativity strategies: What strategy can you use to give chance a helping hand? Discover and experience the different strategies.
  • What if we stand in that collective creativity? What grows then?
