“Let’s brainstorm” For some, the hair stands on end. While for others, this results in a “Yesss”

Many organizations are investing in brainstorming. And rightly so. It is an ideal way to to generate new ideas in a short period of time. You stimulate creative thinking processes. You let multiple voices be heard. You magnify involvement in your team. You let ideas spring from below.

But we often see that brainstorming does not go optimally. The loudest shouters have the last word. Underlying disputes between your team members get in the way of good decision-making. You don't get beyond the most obvious and already well-trodden paths. You end up with "ok nice ideas", but you see that nothing happens with them afterwards. 

Too bad.. Because you can learn how to brainstorm well with your team.
